Session can be held virtually or in person at my Tennyson office.

Half Day, Full Day, and Ketamine-Assisted must be held in person.

$190 investment per 50 minute session

Sessions are offered between 50 minutes and full day intensives based on your needs, availability, and treatment plan.

EMDR session are offered in 60 minute, 90 minute, 2 hour, half day, and full day sessions.

Groups and retreats are priced based on timing and programming.

I am out-of-network with all carriers. Your treatment may be covered in part or in full by your out-of-network plan or employee benefits. I can provide necessary documentation for you to submit to your insuror upon request. Please, contact your insurance provider to clarify out-of-network mental health benefits.

I do not work with insurance providers because they limit the what treatment options you are able to access. I do not want your needs and treatment to be dictated by anyone but you and your trusted care team.

I do accept HSA and FSA.

As a busy parent, I understand that the unexpected does arise. I do my absolute best to send appointment reminders and keep an accommodating schedule. My expectation is that appointments are canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, no shows, tardiness, and late cancellations will result in a charge of my full fee as it is my family’s livelihood.
